1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by the Hoarding Disorder Foundation of Alberta (“Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period
The contest begins on January 21, 2026 at 5:15 PM MT and ends at 11:00 PM MT during the Edmonton Oil Kings game at Rogers Place. (the “Contest Period”).
3. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (18 years of age in Alberta).
Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
5. How to Enter
There is two ways to enter:
a) QR Code Entry
During the Contest Period, scan the QR code displayed at the event and complete the online form to join the Sponsor’s mailing list. One (1) entry per person.
b) Contact executivedirector@hdfa.ca for an alternative method of entry. One (1) entry per person.
6. Prize One (1) prize will be awarded:
• One (1) $50 Tim Hortons® gift card- Approximate retail value (ARV): $50 CAD. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
8. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about January 24, 2026.
9. Skill-Testing Question
To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
10. Winner Notification & Claiming
The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry within 2 days of the draw.
If the selected entrant:
• cannot be contacted,
• does not respond within 7 days, or
• fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
11. Privacy & Marketing Consent Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the contest and, if applicable, for marketing communications from the Sponsor. By entering via the QR code, entrants consent to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
Information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
12. General Conditions
• This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
• Tim Hortons® is not a sponsor of this contest.
13. Void Where Prohibited
The contest is void where prohibited by law.
